Journal 3
I was very impressed by Miami's King Library. I've never seen a library that can compare to it. It offers nearly everything you could need. It has quiet study areas, first-rate technology, and well trained staff with an abundance of knowledge at your disposal. I intend to use the services in the library for research as well as studying. I was glad that we took this tour so I can fully appreciate the service that are offered at King Library.

My visit to king Library was not what I expected. I thought we were going to have a regular class and just use the tools of the library. This was a very helpful session and will help me for years to come. King is like most other collegiate libraries I have visited.
ReplyDeleteI envision myself using the library with almost every paper I write here at Miami. I plan to use the already cited pages very often as well as the overall search engine. The Howe writing center is an amazing idea that I hope to use with each paper. The overall silence and no distraction atmosphere make it an inviting place to study and read. Technology wise I was impressed with the amount of Macs and easy to use printers. The rentable cameras and televisions to seem like a great tool.
