Texting

Koehler is trying to make a point that texting is negatively affecting our youth. This is because the literacy and grammar skills that we use in real writing are not the ones that we would use during a text. However when I text, I always spell everything out. I don’t use “idk” for “I don’t know” or shorted words such as “gr8t” for “great”. She really only uses logos to express her points because there is no real ethos or pathos. Logic is her only tool. I don’t think she gives a good argument and I don’t agree with her. Texting is a form of communication that is made for shortened and fast responses.
