Journal Five: Midterm

At this point in the semester I am very happy with my work and my progress in this class. Going into this class I was worries because although I love to write and English is my favorite subject, was concerned about how I would do in a College level English course. Now that I am halfway through this class I feel very confident in my ability to write well, and enjoy the writing we do for class. I think I have accomplished my bad habit of procrastinating by not doing my papers last minute. Often times I try to complete my drafts earlier rather than later. One thing that I still want to continue to improve however is the language I use in my writing as well as getting better at work cited pages and parenthetical citations. Overall I am very happy in this class.
