Progress

From the beginning of the semester until now, I feel that my writing style has improved greatly. I have learned about the uses of rhetoric and how to support/appeal to different audiences. As far as expectations go, I still need to improve on proper MLA citing within my writings. This english class has been a bit different than my past english classes in high school, in regards to what we write about. Previous assignments have corresponded primarily with readings in texts or books, while the assignments in this class I feel make me form more of my own argument not analyzing someone else's views. Overall, I am happy where I am so far in this class and feel that I am improving and strengthening my writing throughout each assignment.
