me, britney spears and my mom

me: the first thing that I did was look up the ad. While the author did a great job describing the ad, I thought it looked even cooler than it was described as. The red definitely does work to bring out Zheng Zhi and his clothes, and the image overall is very noticeable and draws me in right away, but I was more drawn in by the image than the clothes. If I were to pass this advertisement on the street, I probably wouldn't notice clothing on logo on the top, I would just notice how cool the image is.

Britney Spears: well I don't play soccer, and I don't know the guy in this ad, but the colors are the first thing I notice because they make his clothes stand out immediately. They aren't cute clothes so I don't know why anyone would buy them. And its only clothes for guys in this ad so it's obviously not relating to the female audience.

My mom: That ad definitely caught my attention right off the bat with the colors of Zheng Zhi and the colorless background. I understood that the people who were supposed to be holding him up represented the Chinese community showing their support of Zhi and therefore showing the support of his choices including brands of clothing aka adidas.
